Terms of Service
These terms explain how Pakwebzone provides website services, monthly maintenance, security monitoring, malware removal, and project-based digital work.
Effective date: May 12, 2026
These policies apply to Pakwebzone services, including website design and development, website maintenance, speed optimization, malware removal, security monitoring, content, SEO, and related digital services. For questions, contact us at [email protected].
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Pakwebzone services and website. By requesting a quote, purchasing a service, subscribing to a plan, approving a proposal, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
If you act on behalf of a company, organization, or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that party.
Pakwebzone is the service provider for the website services described on this site. Customer support is available at [email protected] and +92 300 259 6510.
2. Services We Provide
Pakwebzone provides professional digital services, including website design and development, WordPress maintenance, website security monitoring, malware removal, performance optimization, SEO support, content writing, and related technical consulting.
The exact service scope, deliverables, pricing, billing cycle, timeline, and included support are defined in the proposal, invoice, checkout page, service plan, statement of work, or written agreement accepted by the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project information, timely feedback, required approvals, website access, hosting access, CMS access, content, images, brand assets, licenses, and third-party account details needed to perform the work.
You are responsible for ensuring that all content, images, trademarks, customer data, products, claims, and materials you provide are lawful, accurate, and properly licensed.
Delays caused by missing access, late feedback, incomplete content, third-party outages, or unsupported hosting may extend delivery timelines and may require additional fees.
4. Payments, Billing, and Taxes
Fees are due according to the selected service, invoice, checkout, or subscription plan. Monthly maintenance and monitoring plans are billed in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Payments may be processed by secure third-party payment providers, online resellers, merchant-of-record platforms, card networks, banks, or invoice systems. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
When a third-party checkout or merchant-of-record provider is used, that provider may handle payment processing, tax calculation, invoices, receipts, fraud checks, refund processing, and buyer payment support according to its own buyer terms and legal obligations.
Before purchase, customers should review the selected service, billing cycle, subscription terms, total price, renewal terms, and included deliverables. If you notice an order mistake, contact us promptly so we can help correct it where possible.
5. Subscriptions and Renewals
Recurring plans renew automatically according to the billing cycle shown at checkout or on the invoice unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
You may request cancellation of future renewals by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund a billing period where service work has already started.
6. Delivery, Revisions, and Changes
Project timelines are estimates unless a written agreement says otherwise. Timelines depend on project complexity, access, client communication, third-party systems, content readiness, and technical conditions.
Reasonable revisions are included only when they are part of the agreed scope. New pages, new features, major design direction changes, extra integrations, urgent work, or work outside the approved scope may require a separate quote.
A deliverable is considered accepted when you approve it in writing, use it publicly, request it to be launched, or do not report material issues within a reasonable review period after delivery.
7. Monthly Maintenance and Security
Maintenance and security services may include WordPress core updates, plugin updates, theme updates, uptime review, security checks, malware scans, backups review, issue reports, and technical recommendations depending on the selected plan.
Website maintenance and monitoring reduce risk but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime, complete protection against hacking, absence of malware, plugin compatibility, data recovery, search ranking, or third-party service performance.
You remain responsible for hosting quality, domain renewal, paid plugin/theme licenses, third-party accounts, website content, business operations, and any backups or compliance obligations not expressly included in your plan.
8. Malware Removal and Emergency Work
Malware removal, hacked website recovery, blacklist review, and emergency diagnostics are technical services based on the access and environment available at the time of work.
We may recommend hosting changes, password resets, plugin removals, theme replacement, paid security tools, or other corrective actions. If those recommendations are not followed, reinfection or recurring issues may occur.
9. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Materials
After full payment, final custom deliverables created specifically for you are assigned or licensed to you according to the agreed scope. Pakwebzone retains ownership of reusable methods, internal tools, processes, templates, code libraries, know-how, and general skills used to provide services.
Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock media, software, APIs, hosting, domains, and external services remain subject to their own licenses, terms, renewal fees, and restrictions.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not use Pakwebzone services for illegal activity, phishing, spam, malware distribution, unauthorized access, deceptive claims, copyright infringement, privacy violations, or content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
We may refuse, pause, or terminate work if a project creates legal, security, reputational, operational, payment, or platform compliance risk.
11. No Guaranteed Business Outcome
We work to provide professional services, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, traffic, search rankings, conversion rates, performance scores, approval by third-party platforms, or uninterrupted operation of third-party systems.
Recommendations, audits, estimates, and timelines are based on available information and may change if project conditions, access, hosting, software, or third-party requirements change.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pakwebzone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or third-party platform decisions.
Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid Pakwebzone for that specific service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Complaints and Disputes
If you have a service, billing, delivery, or refund complaint, contact [email protected] with your order email, service name, payment date, and a clear description of the issue.
We aim to acknowledge support and complaint requests within two business days and work toward a practical resolution. Some payment disputes may also be handled through the payment provider, card issuer, or bank involved in the transaction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
